Athletic and Activity Module (AAD)
   

Problem:
You are an Athletic Director (AD) or an Advisor. You have 500 students signed up for various activities and need to know who is eligible to participate. You must stay within building, district and state compliance guidelines. Oh, by the way, the COACH has a bus of athletes waiting and needs to know who can participate today, and she needs to leave in five minutes!

AAD is integrated with InTouch Receipting (fees, open fines and form receipting), GradeImport (applying student grades from SIS) and TouchBase (web based parent portal for fee payment, fine clearing and form submission/printing). These modules allow you to answer the COACH or advisor immediately.

Forms are permission slips, physical forms, and slips. Fees are for pay to play or other required fees to participate (band trip fee). Fines are for missing books, unpaid charges, etc.. The AD or advisor sets the criteria to participate, the AAD manages this data. A simple press of the touch screen or mouse receives the form or fee – easy and permanent. No spreadsheets, no data reentry. A parent can pay on line or see what has not been turned in.
