Can’t say enough good things about this program
"I can’t say enough good things about this program. Easy to learn, easy to use, fast and accurate!! All information at your fingertips!! On 8/29 we did $7200.95 in ASB in four hours, on 8/30, $11,629.47 and on 8/31, $7,733.50 and not one penny off!! Deposits are quick and easy and to do and 99.9% of the time my money is exact. If it’s not exact, it’s pretty easy to track down and correct your mistake. That is with one terminal. If your school is bigger, you might have 2 or more terminals registering students. At any time I can call up their history, take care of fines left over from last year, print a list of paid sports fees for any of the coaches, and print a list of who’s paid to order their spirit packs and soccer jackets. Anything you want to keep track of that students do, you can track on (InTouch). This program is fantastic when you have a parent standing in front of you swearing that they already paid for such and such. I can call up the student’s history and tell the parent the date, amount and category of exactly that they purchased…….. It’s so nice to have all this documentation to follow the money trail. The auditors love this program!!"

"My first realization of just how much more efficient the InTouch system is, was at our Wolf Pack Days in August. Each year our school schedules 2 days where students can come pick up schedules, have pictures taken and pay fees and fines. In past years I was working until 11:30 or 12:00am. This year I was balanced out after a $25,000 day at 8:300pm. I wondered why the time difference, so I paid attention on the second day of Wolf Pack Days and found that each transaction took approximately half the time to process. Once again I was finished and out by 9:00pm on day 2 of Wolf Pack Days. I am so amazed at how I get the students through the long lines. It used to take me to 3:30 or 4:00 pm to get the dance tickets sold on the last day of ticket sales, now with my new system I’m done and closing at the normal 3:00 p.m. shut down time. I have enjoyed using the system and would recommend to any potential InTouch system purchaser."

"We’ve been with HD Baker for 7 or 8 years…if we “went backwards” my bookkeepers would all revolt. The InTouch system is a powerful tool for them to process receipts faster and also have information they need at their fingertips by running reports. We use InTouch for our entire district for fines and NSF’s. The greatest benefit to me at district office is the ability to upload our revenue data directly from InTouch system to our district financial system, which has saved a lot of time of input and cut down on errors. I’ve enjoyed the relationship I have developed with the entire organization."

"I have managed the HD Baker POS at 10 sites with 15 registers and accounting upload of detailed data to our general ledger for over 6 years. The product and support have not failed us, even when power issues have suddenly brought the system down or when the system was moved for special events.
